Visual Artist
Non-union scenic artist with years of professional experience in faux-finishes, physical texture, color matching, budgeting both time and finances. Trained under Szu-Feng Chen at the University of New Hampshire and apprenticed with Kingsmen Shakespeare Company under charge artist Malissa Marlowe. Worked as the scenic charge for companies such as Winnipesauke Playhouse, Seacoast Repertory Theatre, Prescott Park Arts’ Festival, and more.
My personal art is what I have chosen to describe as low-brow pop art. I favor bright pops and bold lines over the details and realism often found in my scenic work. This avenue of expression combines years of artistic practice with an even longer practice of tongue-in-cheek humor — I am a serious artist creating non-serious art. My primary mediums are acrylic paints and digital via Adobe Creative Suite products. Feel free to contact me with inquiries about commissioned paintings and digital design work.
